The Why, What and How of our sustainable development model
The key to bight future of India does not lie solely in wealthy metros, but in developing the young individuals in the rural areas.
The YSRD model is based upon the core philosophy of working towards developing the rural India. YSRD works to educate and guide young rural students who are about to join the job market in their rural areas. The organisation provides help in terms of training, guidance and support towards their better career, thus enabling many students to get the job in their preferred fields.
Our team comprises of core members, volunteers and our successful young individuals with alumni from IIMs, NITs, IESranks, PhDs, etc. The core members have a rich experience in working for the rural areas. A group of these people offer free guidance and development sessions for the development of bright individuals. We also work with part-time volunteers who work as core members for the fast act “We Go” team. In turn, we ask these impacted individuals to volunteer for them, thus driving the change in a sustainable way.
